Initial Thoughts About Pedagogy
Throughout my career, I have welcomed the opportunity to present professional development workshops at department meetings or conferences so that I can share successful strategies, lessons, and outcomes with colleagues. If a resource I share also turns out to be successful for them and their students, I ask that they write and tell me about it. Often, educators will tweak the lesson and share a new strategy that I can implement the next time I teach the lesson.
